ARQS releases a free Incident Timeline that lines up detect-to-resolve events with milestone durations, order checks and exports
ARQS has released Incident Timeline, a free browser tool for building a chronological record of an incident from detect through alert, triage, mitigate, communicate, resolve and postmortem.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
VANCOUVER, B.C., October 18, 2026 — ARQS has released Incident Timeline, a free browser tool for building a chronological record of an incident from detect through alert, triage, mitigate, communicate, resolve and postmortem. Each event carries a local time (stored as UTC), title, category, actor and role, severity from SEV-1 to SEV-4 or Info, status, tags and notes. The timeline sorts chronologically, groups by category, measures detect-to-acknowledge, acknowledge-to-mitigate, mitigate-to-resolve and full detect-to-resolve durations, and flags stages that appear out of order or with gaps of four hours or more. A labelled fictional checkout-latency incident is loaded as a sample. Timelines save in the browser and export as a Markdown report, a formula-safe events CSV, an optional iCalendar file of milestone moments, and JSON. Nothing is paged, ticketed or sent anywhere; it is a working timeline aid, not a legal page of record.
