The Saudi-led coalition struck oil facilities across western Yemen on Tuesday, including the Yemen Petroleum Company site outside Sanaa, AFP reports via Al-Monitor.

The strikes followed Houthi attacks on Saudi airports and energy sites, including a strike on Riyadh's international airport on Saturday that killed 13 people.

The IMF said Saudi Arabia's economy is expected to shrink 3.3 per cent this year. The World Health Organization said suspected cholera cases in Yemen had tripled in three weeks.
