VANCOUVER, B.C., October 1, 2026 — The ARQS Million-Dollar Year Crypto Challenge opened its own website. The site lists 1,000 total entry slots, five cash prizes totalling $12,000, and net proceeds intended for Norwood Ravenswood.

ARQS has extended the existing free Crypto Challenge browser practice with a complete $1,000,000 virtual four-trade run. Players can inspect the original trade journal, download a current-valuation review and confirm a replay. The practice preserves its existing browser-local storage; missing or expired market observations withhold affected valuations.

This is educational practice, separate from official contest entry and prizes, which remain inactive. The update does not create a paid entry, prize entitlement, real cryptocurrency deposit, trading account or paid software access. Browser-local practice is not a server ledger or cloud backup.

Product and website maintenance

The existing practice received October25–26 storage and recovery repairs before its current four-trade update. A failed save leaves the prior portfolio and remaining allowance intact instead of announcing an unsaved trade. Unreadable or unsupported saved state is preserved for recovery; practice-only JSON and exact last-read text downloads, confirmed restore/reset and an explicit retry help a player recover supported data.

An unsaved nickname is retained through a market refresh. Browser storage remains local and the comparison-and-write process is non-atomic; backups do not sync devices or create an official contest account. The earlier registered article’s original date and identity remain unchanged. Official entry, scoring, cash prizes and paid entitlement remain inactive.
