Lime tops 10.5 million Seattle rides in 2026, beating last year's total two months early
World Cup match days and a Seahawks parade helped push e-bike and scooter trips past the 2025 full-year mark.

Lime riders in Seattle have logged more than 10.5 million trips so far in 2026, surpassing the city's full-year 2025 total more than two months ahead of schedule, GeekWire reported on Thursday.
Summer FIFA World Cup matches in Seattle accounted for more than 1.7 million trips, including an all-time single-day high of 83,000 rides on June 19 for the USA versus Australia match. Four of Lime's top five Seattle ridership days came during the World Cup stretch.
After other operators left the market, Lime became the exclusive vendor in Seattle's micromobility share program and now runs about 15,000 active devices from a Georgetown warehouse south of downtown.
LimeAccess and a US$5.99 monthly LimePrime plan, which has more than 38,000 Seattle subscribers, remain in place. This week the company launched a commuter-hours pricing pilot that lowers per-minute rates during daytime travel windows.
