Vancouver-based Uniserve Communications Corp. (TSXV: USS) said on Tuesday it has signed an agreement with an enterprise client for AI compute services using two Nvidia B300 GPU-based servers, to be deployed at its Vancouver data centre.

Uniserve, which describes itself as a sovereign Canadian digital infrastructure platform providing managed IT, connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity and data-centre services, said it has received an initial customer prepayment and is proceeding with equipment procurement.

The company said the deal fits its goal of adding multi-year AI compute contracts.

Locally hosted GPU capacity matters to B.C. firms that want to run AI workloads while keeping data in Canada.
