ARQS has released Patronpath Guard, catalogued as KODE-355, a browser tool for online stores and service businesses that want to check their customer list for abuse and privacy problems.
Users import a customer file with an ID, email and sign-up date, plus optional phone, address, order, spend, refund, chargeback, promo-code, consent and notes columns. Patronpath normalises emails, removing Gmail dots and plus tags, and matches phone numbers and addresses so one person with several accounts appears as a single linked group.
The tool flags first-order codes used more often than the business allows, refund rates above a set limit, chargebacks and throwaway email domains. It also lists customers on the marketing list with no recorded consent, card numbers or SIN-style numbers typed into notes, and profiles with no orders for longer than the retention period.
Each profile gets a score from 0 to 100, and those above the review or hold line go to a queue showing which checks fired. Reviewers mark each one ok, restrict, merge or erase with a note, and every import, policy change and decision is recorded in a hash-chained journal in the browser. ARQS says the flags are prompts for review rather than proof of fraud or legal advice, and the tool does not connect to store platforms or CRMs.
Plans are listed at US$149 a month or US$1,490 a year. Online checkout is not open yet; buyers request access by email.
Details are on the Patronpath Guard page, with pricing on the access page.
