ARQS Neighbourmark Guard checks local business listings for wrong numbers, hijacked links and review bursts

The KODE-379 browser tool compares a business’s Google, Apple Maps, Yelp, Facebook, Bing and directory listings with its official name, address, phone, website and hours.

ARQS has released Neighbourmark Guard, catalogued as KODE-379, a browser tool for local businesses that want to check whether their listings on map and review sites still point customers to the right place.

Users import one row per listing with the platform, business name, address and phone, plus optional website, hours, verification status, rating and review counts. Neighbourmark works out the official profile from the values most listings share, or uses one the owner enters, and normalises abbreviations, punctuation and phone formats before comparing.

Listings with a different phone number or a website pointing to another domain are put at the top of the fix list, since those can send calls and visits elsewhere. The tool also flags mismatched addresses, names and hours, two listings on the same platform, unclaimed pages, ratings below a set floor, pages not updated for months and a sudden burst of new reviews.

Each listing gets a score and a consistency percentage is shown for the whole set. Owners mark each issue fixed, disputed, claimed or accepted with a note, and imports, policy changes and decisions are kept in a hash-chained journal in the browser. ARQS says a review burst is a prompt to look closer rather than proof of fake reviews, and the tool does not connect to or edit any directory.

Plans are listed at US$149 a month or US$1,490 a year. Online checkout is not open yet; buyers request access by email.

Details are on the Neighbourmark Guard page, with pricing on the access page.
