What it does
Name, address and phone consistency
Every listing is compared with your official profile after normalising abbreviations, punctuation and phone formats, with a single consistency percentage.
Hijack and lead-theft check
A listing whose website points to another domain, or whose phone number differs from yours, is put at the top of the fix list.
Duplicates and unclaimed pages
Two listings on the same platform and pages you have not claimed or verified are flagged so you can merge or claim them.
Review bursts and low ratings
A sudden share of new reviews in the last 30 days and ratings under your floor are surfaced for a closer look.
Hours and freshness
Opening hours that differ from yours and listings not updated within your freshness window are listed.
Tamper-evident audit trail
Imports, policy changes and decisions (fixed, dispute, claim, accept) are SHA-256 hash-chained and stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to ARQS.
Neighbourmark Guard
Your data stays on this device (browser storage). Nothing is uploaded. Flags are prompts for review, not proof of fraud or wrongdoing. Not legal or accounting advice.
