What it does
Look-alike accounts linked
Emails are normalised (Gmail dots and +tags removed) and matched with phone and address, so one person with several sign-ups shows up as one cluster.
Promo and refund abuse
First-order codes used beyond your limit or shared across linked accounts, refund rates above your policy and chargebacks are flagged together.
Consent check (CASL)
Anyone on your marketing list with no recorded consent is listed, so you can fix the record or stop mailing before it becomes a complaint.
Sensitive data in notes
Card numbers (Luhn-checked) and SIN or SSN-style numbers typed into free-text notes are caught so they can be redacted.
Retention review
Profiles with no orders for longer than your retention period are surfaced for a keep, archive or erase decision.
Tamper-evident audit trail
Imports, policy changes and decisions (ok, restrict, merge, erase) are SHA-256 hash-chained in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to ARQS.
Patronpath Guard
Your data stays on this device (browser storage). Nothing is uploaded. Flags are prompts for review, not proof of fraud or wrongdoing. Not legal or accounting advice.
