ARQS Tillsight Ledger turns subscription changes into an MRR bridge and deferred revenue schedule

The KODE-344 browser tool classifies every upgrade, downgrade and cancellation, checks that the bridge balances, and spreads annual prepayments across the months they cover.

ARQS has released Tillsight Ledger, catalogued as KODE-344, a browser tool for subscription businesses that want to see where their monthly recurring revenue came from and where it went.

Users import a list of subscription changes, each showing a customer’s monthly recurring revenue after the change, and a list of payments. Tillsight classifies every change as new, expansion, contraction, churn or reactivation, and builds a month-by-month MRR bridge. ARQS says the tool checks that the opening balance plus every movement equals the closing balance to the cent each month.

The tool also reports annual run-rate, average revenue per account, net revenue retention, gross and logo churn, and a quick ratio. Annual and other multi-month prepayments are recognised straight-line from the month service starts, with opening and closing deferred revenue shown for each month.

Data stays in the browser, and imports are recorded in a hash-chained journal so later edits to stored data can be detected. ARQS says the tool is not accounting or tax advice.

Plans are listed at US$199 a month or US$1,990 a year. Online checkout is not open yet; buyers request access by email.

Details are on the Tillsight Ledger page, with pricing on the access page.
