The KODE-338 tool lists orders that were never paid out and shows contribution margin after discounts, refunds, fees and cost of goods.

ARQS has released Cartkeel Ledger, catalogued as KODE-338, a browser tool that reconciles an online store’s orders against the payouts its payment processor sends.

Store owners import an orders file and a payouts file. Cartkeel recognises common Shopify-style column names and collapses repeated line-item rows into a single order. For each payout, it adds up what the listed orders should have paid out after tax and processing fees, and flags any payout that is more than 50 cents off, showing the exact gap.

Orders that appear in no payout are listed separately so owners can follow up before month-end. The tool also shows net revenue, fees, cost of goods, contribution margin, average order value and refund rate by month, by sales channel or by both, and produces a month-end close summary.

Files are processed in the browser and not uploaded, ARQS says. Every import and adjustment is added to a hash-chained journal, so a later change to past data is flagged. The page says results are not accounting or tax advice.

Plans are listed at US$199 a month or US$1,990 a year. Online checkout is not open yet; buyers request access by email.

Details are on the Cartkeel Ledger page, with pricing on the access page.
