Internal business use
A commissioned report needs written scope identifying the customer organization, authorized users, purpose and term. External client distribution is not included unless stated in that agreement.
Client-facing and commercial use
Request a commercial licence before placing material in client deliverables, publishing extracts, white-labelling, redistribution, resale, API access or model training. Agree attribution, permitted edits, audience, territory and duration in writing.
Third-party sources remain separate
ARQS can license only rights it holds. Third-party filings, datasets, images and publisher content retain their own terms; a report licence does not automatically grant rights to underlying data. No commercial feed, provider partnership or unlimited redistribution is implied.
Payment and delivery
Stripe checkout is not configured for this catalog. Online purchases and subscriptions are unavailable. Do not send card details. A scope enquiry is not an order, payment or licence acceptance.
