Neighbourmark Ledger

Import or key in each location's daily close. Neighbourmark works out expected cash, over or short, and card terminal gaps, matches every bank bag to the bank statement, and flags locations that come up short again and again.

What it does

Till over and short

Expected cash is float plus cash sales minus paid-outs. Every close shows exactly how far the count was off.

Card terminal check

POS card totals are compared with the terminal batch so missed or double-keyed cards show up the same day.

Bank bag tracking

Each day's deposit is matched to the bank statement within five days. Bags that never arrive, and bank rows with no close, are listed.

Repeat-shortage flags

Any close over your threshold is flagged, and so is a run of three or more short closes at one location.

Every location, every month

Cash and card sales, net over/short, short days and worst day for each location by month.

Tamper-evident and private

Closes are SHA-256 hash-chained and stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to ARQS.
