What it does
Automatic payment matching
Payments go to the invoice they name, then to the customer's oldest open invoice. Overpayments are held as credits and roll onto the next invoice.
Aging that ties out
Open balances by customer in current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ day buckets, as of any date you choose.
Days sales outstanding
Open receivables against the last 90 days of sales, plus the share of your book that is overdue.
Customer statements
A dated statement of account with running balance and aging for any customer, ready to send.
Payment behaviour
Lifetime invoiced, average days to pay and late-payment rate per customer.
Tamper-evident and private
Imports are SHA-256 hash-chained and everything runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to ARQS.
