What it does

Refund and void rates

Each employee's refunds as a share of their sales, and voids as a share of their transactions, checked against your limits.

Refund integrity

Round-number refunds and refunds that do not match a sale receipt on file are listed one by one.

Drawer and receipt checks

Too many no-sale drawer opens in a day and receipt numbers used twice are flagged.

Daily revenue anomalies

Each location's daily net revenue is compared with its own trailing 14-day baseline. Sharp drops, spikes and missing days surface.

Exception review

Mark every exception explained, investigate or escalate, with a note.

Tamper-evident audit trail

Imports, policy changes and decisions are SHA-256 hash-chained and stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to ARQS.
