What it does
Risk score for every order
Eight weighted checks add up to a score from 0 to 100. Orders above your hold or review line go straight to the queue.
Card-testing and bursts
Several orders from one buyer inside your time window, repeated same-day amounts and billing/shipping country mismatches are caught together.
Discount and refund policy
Discounts over your allowed percentage and refunds bigger than the original order are flagged automatically.
Normal-size baseline
Each order is compared with your median order using a robust spread, so a single odd order stands out without hand-tuned rules.
Review queue with reasons
Every flagged order lists exactly which rules fired. Approve, hold or cancel with a note.
Tamper-evident audit trail
Imports, policy changes and decisions are SHA-256 hash-chained in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to ARQS.
Cartkeel Guard
Your data stays on this device (browser storage). Nothing is uploaded. Flags are prompts for review, not proof of fraud or wrongdoing. Not legal or accounting advice.
