How LinguaQuest works
Choose a language and a path, then use Learn for flashcards, Quiz for meaning recall, or Match for paired practice. Correct recalls move a term through five mastery levels. Due reviews are scheduled at 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days; a missed recall moves the term back one level. You may practise anytime.
My words lets you add, edit, search, delete, import and export vocabulary. Pack import adds words without deleting your library. Restore backup replaces your current library and progress only after confirmation. Vocabulary and progress are processed on this device. The most recent 20,000 reviews are retained. Ordinary website visits and purchases remain subject to the site and checkout privacy policies.
Pronunciation uses your browser and installed voices. Some devices need an additional language voice or an internet connection for speech. LinguaQuest does not grade your microphone, provide automated translation or synchronize accounts.
The starter library contains 54 entries in Spanish, French and German. Other language choices are for vocabulary you supply; a language label does not imply a complete course.
